What is removed before delivery
Names, email addresses, signatures, phone numbers, street addresses, account and invoice numbers, and attachments unless you include them. Personal and HR mail is excluded.

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 cover most companies. We can also work from PST or MBOX archives.
Can we exclude certain mailboxes?
Yes. You choose mailboxes, folders and date ranges. Executive, legal and HR mailboxes are excluded by default.
What about customer confidentiality?
Customer and partner identities are replaced before delivery, and we check your customer contracts for restrictions before making an offer.
