How we handle your data.
Data moves through four stages, and nothing reaches a lab without your written approval.
- Stage 1
Scoped export
Your admin grants read-only export access to the systems and date ranges you approved. Nothing outside that scope is pulled.
- Stage 2
Anonymization
Automated detection plus human review removes or replaces names, contact details, account numbers, customer identities and secrets.
- Stage 3
Your sign-off
You review an anonymized sample. Delivery waits until you approve it in writing.
- Stage 4
Delivery and deletion
The lab receives the anonymized copy. We delete our working copy once delivery is accepted.
What is removed or replaced
- Names, usernames and display names of employees, customers and contacts
- Email addresses, phone numbers and street addresses
- Account, order, invoice and payment numbers
- Government IDs, health information and financial account details
- API keys, tokens, passwords and internal hostnames
- Customer and partner company names, replaced with consistent placeholders
What is excluded by default
- HR, legal, board and executive channels and mailboxes
- Direct messages, unless you opt in
- Call recordings without the recording notice your jurisdiction requires
Storage and retention
Working copies are encrypted in transit and at rest, and only the Allied staff on your deal can access them. The lab's retention period is set in the license.
Contract and compliance review
Before making an offer we review your customer agreements, employee policies and the privacy laws that apply to your data, then narrow or anonymize the scope so delivery stays within them.
Find out what your data is worth before you talk to anyone.
The estimate takes two minutes and asks for no contact details. The offer request form takes about three.
